Job Description
Implement the strategies and programs that utilize the Web site and other E-Marketing tools to strengthen and build brand loyalty, generate awareness and drive sales.
Develop E-Marketing strategic plan for varying customer segments (prospects, members, customers etc.).
Develop strategies to leverage email communication as a mechanism to generate, qualify, and incubate leads, in order to maximize sales.
Creatively identify and quantitatively evaluate new online-focused media buys as well as search engine marketing.
Engage customers using social media tools to drive conversations and engagements with customers with the purpose of driving awareness and sales.
Manage sales enquiries and online/ email orders, follow-up with fulfillment and payment collection.
Manage Webshop Contents through updating the site with product, promotion and marketing information.
