Job Description
The Marketing Manager, Web Marketing works with the Marketing team to develop and manage B2B web marketing strategies to generate sales leads.

The Marketing Manager, Web Marketing will also manage the organization’s image on blogs, communities, social media, and other sites, and monitor the web for information posted about Synygy and competitors, and proactively respond to postings and proactively share information with others in sales and marketing.

The Marketing Manager, Web Marketing will act as the hands-on resource for the company, managing planning and budgeting, search engine optimization, internet marketing, and online community management.

Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager, Web Marketing will accomplish this by doing the following:

— Lead the strategic development and tactical execution of our search engine marketing efforts.
— Define, assess, prioritize, execute, measure and continuously improve the methods and performance of internet advertising, pay-per-click, banners  and the myriad of other internet advertising options.
— Manage and actively participate in applicable online communities, including blogs, communities, social media etc.,

Desired Profile
Prerequisites:

— at least five years of experience doing search engine optimization, internet advertising, and online community management in a B2B sales environment.
— complete understanding of internet marketing trends.
— ability to juggle multiple projects to consistently meet deadline and objectives.
— superior oral and written communication skills.
— knowledge of the latest blogs, online communities, and social media sites (Twitter, LinkedIN, etc.) used in B2B marketing.
— excellent problem solving abilities and detail orientation.
— a BA or BS degree in marketing or technology; MBA preferred.
