Opening for Associate Vice President – Search Engine Marketing in navi Mumbai with experience of 6 to 9 years.

Job Description
Leading a team of approximately 12-15 (after 4-6 months) in developing internet marketing strategies for clients in India and abroad.
Responsible for support in business development for PPC, effort estimation, pricing, drafting proposals and negotiation.
Responsible for staffing, project and people management.
Responsible for division’s growth, vision and progress.
Day to day client servicing for high-end big bracket clients.
Mentoring and guiding sub-ordinates and inculcating the culture of the firm.
Set and meet deadlines for self as well as others in the Team.
Putting in place best practices and processes for the division and ensuring that they are implemented seamlessly in the division.
Envisioning Tools that could enhance effectiveness and efficiency of the division and taking lead to get the same developed by the technical team.
Ensure smooth operation of the division.

Desired Profile
Manage complex projects with an ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
In-depth knowledge of paid search marketing and how it fits in the whole scheme of internet marketing.
Thorough knowledge and up-to-date research on paid advertising platforms such as AdWords, YSM, Bing AdCenter. Knowledge of Bid Management tools is an added advantage (but not necessary).
Independently pitch to and manage big-bracket clients.
Proven success in client acquisition and business development.
Maximize client’s profits by using creative and analytical skills to write advertisements, plan campaign strategy, analyze traffic statistics and manage client’s marketing budget effectively.
Proactively research and contribute to the research team.
