Job Description
Developing, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies and initiatives for a variety of company owned and managed websites.
On-page and off-page optimization of websites.
Perform Database marketing, and help in Lead / Demand Generation activities.
Performing keyword research and analysis for better ranking.
Drive traffic by achieving top rankings in organic search results and creating/managing Google PPC and CPC campaigns.
Generating XML sitemap and submit it in major search engines.
Performing data analysis through Web Analytics tool and identifying areas for improvement.
Analyze analytics reports and produce relevant reports for the management.
Participating in Social Media Networking Websites to build network and drive traffic to our website.
Participating in Social news and Social bookmarking websites to get traffic.
Recommend innovative web-marketing ideas.
Work on quick search engine indexing of websites.
Research, understand, and stay up-to-date on the latest search engine algorithms, rules, techniques and trends.
Optimize various web site components including title tags, meta-descriptions, keyword density, internal linking, site map, etc.
Directories Submission, Articles, Blogs, Forums, Link building.

Desired Profile
Bachelors Degree with 2 – 3 years of experience in web marketing/ SEO/ SEM/ Demand Generation activities.
Must know the techniques of Lead Generation, prior database marketing knowledge would be a plus.
Extensive understanding of the search engine industry, best practices, search engine algorithms and ranking strategies. And the ability to communicate these to management teams.

Clear Concept of Site Map Design (HTML, XML, ROR) & Submission in Search Engine.
Understanding and experience of use of Google Ad words process and Yahoo Search Marketing (Overture).
Should have excellent knowledge in generating traffic to the website and maintaining the website on top position on search engines.
Dynamic candidate who can adopt new techniques quickly.
Experience of generating traffics through Social Networking Sites will be an added advantage.
Strong SEO Fundamentals and should be an expert in On Page and Off Page optimization techniques.
Strong understanding of social media optimization techniques.
Understanding of Link building/PR optimization/Directory submissions/Article submissions.
Work experience on the Internet Marketing Strategy and its implementation
Ability to analyze metric data and convey recommendations appropriately to supervisors.
Self motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize daily work efficiently.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective Analytical skills.
Experience of working in SEO companies will be an added advantage.
