Opening for  SEO / SEM Specialist in Bangalore with experience of  3+years.

Job Responsibilities
Leads day-to-day management and optimization of client websites and    campaigns using company developed strategies and SEO/SEM concepts and tactics.

Assists in strategy development, media planning including placement, and paid/non-paid inclusion, submissions and listings, blog optimization, PR Releases and social media techniques to drive traffic to a specified client website.

Authors campaign summary utilizing metric analysis and is responsible for complete execution and campaign management.-

Be the execution/implementation voice for SEO projects throughout the product development process, working closely with the design and technical teams.

Manage all on-site and off-site SEO initiatives with the goal of increasing search engine rankings and organic traffic, conducts site audits, documents and execute recommendations for maximum optimization.

Ensure that SEO requirements are captured and met in projects managed by other product managers.

Expert skills in research including but not limited to Competitive research, U.S. consumer trends, demographics, psychographics and brand analysis.

Maintains a large volume of relevant search keywords to be used to optimize on page, off-page and on 3rd party sites including PPC and listings with small to medium size budgets.

Responsibility encompasses the management and optimization of all XML feed based programs including but not limited to: Yahoo Paid Inclusion, Comparison Shopping Engines, Local Feeds , and Product Inventory Feeds.

Works closely with analytics team to track and report on campaign results, data analysis, and use those results to optimize campaigns.

Work closely with the other teams within izmo to meet client goals.

Set up new clients in internal and external systems.

Skill Sets:

3- 5+ years previous search engine optimization and search engine marketing experience is  required.
1-2 years Direct Marketing experience is a Plus.
Computer skills – including proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical skills, i.e., the ability to analyze results to determine key findings.
General understanding of HTML and the Internet required, however, this position is not a Web development role.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
Tenacity, flexibility, dependability and the ability to grasp and manage the search engine marketing process.
Excellent oral and written skills.
Bachelors Degree and three years experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) in the client service field .
