Desired Profile
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Perform Search Query Evaluation tasks based on Yahoo! Guidelines.
• Meet or exceed performance goals on Quality and Productivity.
• Proactively escalate tool, system issues and follow defined procedures.
• Flag issues and trends observed while working on evaluations.
• Contributing member in a team environment.
• Perform in a production environment, with emphasis on processing a high volume of work while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Maintain a professional and results oriented approach to daily responsibilities and when interacting with co-workers.

Minimum Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent proven analytical skills.
• US Cultural Awareness: awareness of the culture, current events, entertainment and sports.
• Computer and Internet Skills: moderate computer skills and capable experience with Web Search activities, exposure to Blogs/Forums/Shopping, Social Networking sites, and Internet Research.
• Ability to make logical, consistent judgments in relevancy and policy matters
• Current computer skills including familiarity with Windows and MS Office applications (word processing, spreadsheet and database programs)
• Graduate from a recognized university.
• Highly flexible
• Detail oriented and ability to work on large volume of work quickly and independently

Preferred:
• Knowledge and experience of the Internet, search engines and browsers
• English, Communication, or Marketing degree preferred
