Job Description     
Position Overview
Replicon is looking for a Sr. Search Engine Optimization Specialist who can help us create and manage search strategies for our website. This position’s emphasis is on developing KPI dashboards, tracking results and identifying new opportunities. The ideal candidate is someone who has the ability to be strategic, but appreciates executing on the tactical aspects of the job.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify structural/technical barriers of our website and put a plan to remedy those issues.
Manage SEO project implementation, track and collect results for new opportunities.
Manage sitemaps, robots.txt files & webmaster accounts.
Monitor SEO effectiveness via analytics tools.
Deliver best practices to help the SEO objectives and achieve improved rankings in organic search results on major & targeted search engines.
Enhance and utilize our existing SEO techniques and implement new ones.
Plan and implement internal & external linking strategies.

Desired Profile     
University Degree.
2-3 years of experience optimizing websites for organic search.
Good understanding of SEO fundamentals.
Track record of successfully implementing SEO strategy with a goal to increase traffic and revenue.
Highly data-driven with strong analytical in Web usage metrics and Excel skills.
Technical skills: basic HTML, CSS, XML sitemap submissions, and code structure as it relates to SEO.
Must be willing to work North American shift timings.
