Ideally should have designation as Senior Web Designer. Must have proven skills in graphic design and UI Development. Your design portfolio should demonstrate an excellent eye for typography, mastery of clean and intuitive layouts, purposeful color, and a strong attention to detail. Your work should show a deep appreciation for simple, sleek, usable interfaces.

Hands-on experience on HTML / XHTML / DHTML & CSS, Table less HTML coding.
Advance knowledge of JavaScript and AJAX with Jquery Framework.
Good expertise on Photoshop, Flash and illustrator.
Knowledge of Web 2.0 techniques.
Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
UI Requirements gathering, wire-frames, UI mockups.
Solid understanding of cross-browser/platform issues is must.
Strong CSS layout skills, Strong knowledge of relevant W3C standards.

Experience in customizing WordPress Premium Themes is a Major Plus.
