The most important part of this job is that the candidate must have demonstrated and extensive Internet marketing and social media marketing experience. This means that the person is actively participating in a wide variety of Internet and social media activities such as blogging, community development and management, social bookmarking, commenting, SEO, SEM etc. and is well-connected with the broader social media world. The second important part is that the candidate must be able to think strategically, but be willing and able to roll up his sleeves to help implement the programs.

Desired Experience

Ideally, you should;
have deep knowledge of social media tools and technologies, including Facebook, Twitter, Technorati, social bookmarking, tagging, dynamics of XML and blog publishing.
have experience in social media marketing including Blogging, Discussion Forums marketing, PR and Article Marketing.
have managed a wide range of projects, including organic optimization, paid search marketing, blog implementation, link-building, SEO, SEM etc. with no hand-holding.
have experience in strategizing with and educate the management team and others across the company on incorporating relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture and into all of the company’s products
be tech savvy and love to play with different mobile phones.
have fire in your belly to drive company’s innovation.
Deep Passion for Social Media – it is a MUST.
