GiveIndia is looking for a young and dynamic Search specialist to join its Online Giving team. The right candidate will get the opportunity to drive the complete SEO/SEM strategy from ideating to planning to execution and will be completely responsible for the revenue targets under this stream. The individual should be a go-getter and require minimal hand-holding and should be able to work without a high level of supervision. The right candidate will have a chance to experiment with an Adwords budget of $40,000 p.m. without any risk associated with the money as we are a recipient of the Google Grants programme. Your target would be to increase our visits from search results by at least 50% over the course of a year. Key Role Requirements
Design campaign strategy, define key performance indicators and manage execution of campaigns.

On-page / Offpage optimization, Link building.
