What you will do:

General Purpose of this Position

Online Marketing SEO Coordinator with the Hosting team in India to support timely and professional quality execution of online product marketing programs and campaigns. Tasks include defining and executing SEO programs and associated content and product marketing activities for SMB product lines. Primary responsibilities include identifying Websites, Content, Linking Strategies, marketing vehicles, building campaigns, analyzing results and coordinating with vendors while guiding the creative team with design and copywriting for campaigns. Critical success factors include the creation of and reporting of marketing analytics, and continual optimization of online campaigns while managing the budget to yield an always improving ROI for online visitors, online transactions and lead generation.
Responsibilities:
- Design a link building Strategy for Search Engine Optimization for the Dedicated Hosting Websites.
- Research and Identify the link partners in accordance with the set parameters based on industry or business domain, Google Page Rank, keywords, and other set parameters.
- Establish contact with link partners by writing tactful emails or using other established means.
- Compose link text & descriptions in close coordination with Product Management and Product Marketing.
- Establish, maintain and report on companies link strategy and link popularity campaigns.
- Lead motivate internal team members to achieve top performance & managing them every step of the way.
- Willing to take ownership of projects and be accountable to the success of each project / campaign.
- Should be able to organize and improve web-marketing initiatives & content management using creative content writing, search engine friendly copywriting, proof reading, and editing.
- Should be able to co-ordinate between various team members for task inputs and suggestions to ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Should be able to conceptualize, draft, execute, and maintain SEO friendly Website content, E-mail Campaigns, Press Releases and Short Advertising Textual Campaigns.
- Should have the flair of writing, reading and acquiring knowledge on various subjects, which includes technology, healthcare, tourism, shopping and other professional services.
- Monitor & rationalize ad portfolio to meet program goals (reallocate spend across search engines, keywords, link buys, etc.)
- Allign SEO strategies with the SEM strategies that Product Marketing is driving.
- Define SEO strategy for multiple acquisition channels, and then work with internal and partner teams to effectively execute that strategy.
- Possess a positive attitude and be passionate about working with limited resources while consistently working to improve performance.
Requirements:

- Passion to execute successful SEO strategies, marketing programs and SEO tracking programs
- Ability to learn new industry, understand content, understand buyers
- Passion to be creative in a highly competitive industry those that think out of the box are preferred.
- Experience in highly analytical and creative environment
- Excellent messaging skills and project management skills a must
- 3-5 years experience in SEM/SEO is a plus
- Google AdWords Qualified is a plus
- BA/BS in Business or Scientific discipline, Marketing;
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to influence/facilitate results
- Ability to interact with senior level executives
- Excellent relationship building and management skills
- Strong, proven ability to work with others, especially across team boundaries and vendors
